The journal “Innovative Biomedicine and Bioengineering” was founded in 2025. On 15 May 2026 it received certificate No. 1585009, issued by the Inspectorate for Control in the Sphere of Informatization and Telecommunications under the Ministry of Digital Technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The journal’s founder is Zarmed University LLC.
Mission. The journal’s mission is to further enhance the potential and effectiveness of cutting-edge scientific and innovative research conducted across the university’s medical and bioengineering disciplines, to broadly promote scientific achievements, to introduce new technologies into practice, and to provide comprehensive support to the research work of scholars and specialists in the field.

Scientists and physicians, specialists in the relevant fields of biomedicine (biochemistry, pathophysiology, genetics, hematology, oncology, surgery, infectious diseases, virology, and others).

Manuscript submission guidelines
The journal accepts for publication high-quality work carried out in accordance with the principles of evidence-based medicine. Authors are fully responsible for the content of the submitted scientific materials in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Manuscripts must use Times New Roman, font size 14, line spacing 1.5. Page format — A4, left margin — 3 cm, other margins — 2 cm. All pages must be numbered.
The manuscript must be carefully checked for spelling and punctuation. The entire text (title page, abstract, keywords, body, tables, reference list, author information) must be in a single MS Word file named after the first author’s surname.
Original articles should be 8–12 pages, literature reviews 10–15 pages, and reviews/information reports no more than 3 pages. For articles in Russian, an English translation of the metadata is required.
